Calling all Italian Greyhounds in London ... come and join us for doggie play dates and walks in the parks! Our meetups are a great opportunity to socialise your Italian with other Italians, and for the owners to chat amongst themselves. We're not a club or society - just a bunch of Italian Greyhound owners who met thorugh this site and continue to meet for relaxed walks in the parks around London. Starting this meetup primarily for the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home 14th Annual Reunion, but dependent on numbers we'll possibly keep it running and do walks and other events. (Only friendly owners with friendly dogs should apply, as this group is not public liability insured and owners bring their dogs at own risk).

If you are a single dog parent living in Hampstead, Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage or nearby, this group is for you! Let's get together to walk the dogs on the Heath, chat and exchange tips about looking after dogs in the big city by ourselves. Let's explore the doggy friendly venues around here (cafes, shops,....).

… I want to arrange a monthly meeting at first, for 3 or 4 hours, in West London (obviously!) probably W12 or W6; then see if there's enough interest and energy to have it be regular monthly play/sing - plus a performance every one or two months. For any pug lover Since getting our pug we realised how many pugs there are in the area. We also like our pug Sidney to socialise. Marble Hill Park is a really nice right near the river, it is also enclosed and has a little cafe with an outside area where dogs are welcome.

… Although the meetup is primarily focused on skiing and or snowboarding, we may incorporate activities like snowmobiling, dog sledding, snow shoeing... during some of our trips if enough people are interested. Skiing/snowboarding is a fun and addictive sport once you've learned your way around a mountain, and the pistes. The club will centre around weekly motor bike ride-outs to interesting places around London and surrounding areas and a mid-week monthly social night in the city.
